Easy quest done quickly. Unlocks Shadow of the Storm but I’m not confident about the fight until we get rune armor or better food.
Pollnivneach is a cool unlock. Several quests take place here, some of which may be done immediately. Access to the southern carpets also unlocks Nardah, Sophanem and Menaphos chunks, 2/3 of which are great!
